Serhiy Haydaychuk is founder and president of CEO Club Ukraine, a leading business community that has been uniting business leaders for their personal growth and the positive effect on the world for over 10 years. The club members are 250 CEOs and owners of large and medium-sized businesses.
Serhiy is an expert in building business communities, with more than a dozen successfully launched community-based projects: Ukrainian Real Estate Club, Ukrainian branch of YPO, Club-100, etc.
Serhiy Haydaychuk is also an author of the book “The Club. The art of uniting”, where he describes his experience of creating a successful community in Ukraine.
Member of the National Council of Reforms, a special advisory board under the President of Ukraine on strategic planning, the state policy of reforms, and their implementation. Serhiy is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the investment fund "Altares CEO Club Fund I"
Participant and initiator of many social projects, including Generation +, the program for teenagers from vulnerable categories, environmental education project "Greening of Ukraine", support for publishing books in Ukrainian.
After 02\24\2022 with other members of CEO Club Ukraine Serhiy initiated a global fundraising campaign to help the army and civilians “Save Ukraine”, which raised more than $30 million.
Serhiy is one of the co-founders Soborna Ukraine is an international nonprofit organization that is focused on providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, working to rebuild Ukraine’s infrastructure and accelerate the growth of its market economy.
During the full scale war, Serhiy contributed to the uniting of the leading Ukrainian business communities and associations in the Coalition for the Modernization of Ukraine. The main goal of the Coalition is to offer a vision of the future economic policy of Ukraine and interact with the authorities at different levels.
